PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. ALSO RETAIN A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

1. Payment Policy

  • If you wish to purchase more items, you can combine all of your purchases into one order. You will receive an combine invoice with combined shipping rates on all of the items you purchase within 24 hours. All items will need to be paid for together. If they are paid for separately, they will be shipped separately and will not qualify for combined shipping rates.
  • Payment for the items and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due 7 days before the order date.Your item is subject to be reslited if payment is not received by this date.
  • There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
  • Payments shall be made by you without any deduction whatsoever unless you have a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid.

3. Out of Stock Item
  • Due to the high volume of orders across multiple channels, it is possible an item you ordered may be out of stock in rare circumstances. If an item is out of stock, we will immediately notify you.
  • You may choose the same value item to replace the out of stock item.
  • Or you may cancel the out of stock item , and we will refund the purchase amount of the product, plus any applicable shipping fees attached to it.

4. Pre-Order Item
  • Pre-order this item now! Although this item may arrive at any time, we expect the manufacturer to release it in the month and year listed next to the item (for example, 2009 April).
  • Please do not put Pre-order item and In-stock item into one order. If you wish to purchase both In-stock and Pre-order item please make two different orders for In-stock and Pre-order items, that way we can ship the In-stock items to you as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will ship your order when all of your Pre-order items are in.
  • Please note that this date is subject to change at any time and without notice due to possible, and often likely, manufacturer delays. We expect this item to ship within 30 days from the date of purchase after Pre-order item was released.
  • If the item is unable to be shipped within this time frame, you will be immediately contacted via Email. You can either choose to wait for the estimated in-stock date, or cancel the Pre-order. You may also cancel any Pre-order item prior to shipment at any time.

5. Shipping Policy
  • The items you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
  • Most of our products are able to be shipped internationally. Most of these items are shipped via Hong Kong Post Office by Registered Airmail or Speedpost (EMS).
  • International customers are responsible for their countries customs, brokerage and duty fees. Any taxes, duty fees and import fees as charged by your government are the responsibility of the buyer. (If you are unsure regarding taxes, duties or import fees you may be charged to import your product, please consult your local government for guidelines. As these can vary from different country.)
  • If an item you purchased is not able to be internationally shipped, you will be notified via email, and the purchase amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping times
  • We will ship your item out within 1-2 business days after payment was confirmed. We ship 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). Business days are considered Monday to Friday, but do not include any holidays observed by the Hong Kong Postal Service.
  • Registered Airmail are carried out through your local post office , it usually takes around 7-18 business days to arrive at your destination. And Speedpost (EMS) usually takes around 5-7 business days to arrive at your destination.
  • We are not responsible for delivery time. It may be vary, particularly during peak periods, inclimate weather conditions or CUSTOMS inspection, and that delivery time frames will need to be extended for any processing time frames in excess of 5-7 business days. However, etoys-shop will not be liable for any unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you of any delay as soon as possible.

7. Shipping Insurance
  • Shipping Insurance is optional but STRONGLY recommended.
  • Shipping Insurance is important, if your item is damaged, lost or stolen during the shipment, we will replace it by same item or refund, with no additional cost to you. If you do NOT choose the shipping insurance at the time of purchase, you will not be covered if the shipment is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. You will be responsible for all charges for replacement of the product. In these cases, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All damage, lost & stolen claims will only active to Items delivered with shipping insurance paid for.

8. Packages not delivered
  • If your order is shipped back to us by the shipping carrier (Hong Kong Post Office) for any reason, you will be responsible for paying the charges to reship the package back to you.
  • The main reasons items are not delivered to your house, and are sent back to us are:
    1. Shipping Carrier wouldn't leave it at your dwelling because package is too large. In this case, it will be held at the local Post Office for you to pick it up. If it is not picked up, it will be sent back to us. We recommend contacting your local Post Office first.
    2. Shipping Carrier had an incorrect address. We send the item to the address you supply us. If the address is incorrect, etc, the item will be returned to us.
  • We do NOT have the responsibility to reship the item unless you have pay the reship package fees.
  • In a case where we do receive a package back due non delivery or non pickup, you will be responsible for paying the charges to reship the package back to you. If the shipping carrier charges us due to the item not being able to be delivered, any charges incurred will be responsible from you.

9. Damage / Lost or Stolen Claims
  • All damage, lost & stolen claims will only active to those which below situation is satisfied: (There will be No exceptions to this policy.)
    1. Items delivered with shipping insurance paid for.
    2. All claims must be made within 3 business days of the order being received.
    3. Buyer should provide photo(s) which damage item status can clearly be shown.
    4. Buyer should provide LOST & STOLEN REPORT from POST OFFICE.
  • etoys-shop.com will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. We will replace it by same item or refund (the original shipping and handling fee will not be refunded). It will only be issued if damaged items or discrepancies can be verified by the seller. If you dispose any items before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund.

10. Incorrect Item / Missing Parts
  • Occasionally an error may occur. etoys-shop will resolve the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect item or missing parts, please contact us and provide photo(s) which incorrect item status can clearly be shown. After confirmed, we will replace the correct item or missing parts to you as soon as possible.

11. Return Policy
  • We want to ensure you enjoy the product you purchased. We will allow you to refund any product within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in like new condition, and all original packing must be retained. In order to keep our prices low, the original shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. You are also responsible for shipping the unit back to us as well.
  • If any of the original packing is missing, the product is not in like new condition, or return package is failed to be received, a refund will not be given.
  • Consumable products (like batteries or anything that can be consumed) are non-returnable once they are opened. Some items (like Myth Cloth or PVC figure) are also not refundable once they are opened. No refunds will be given.
